Concert tickets will not be shipped physically. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received. Print this receipt email and present at the door for entry to the event.

All other products can either be collected from the National Head Office, sometimes a local office or shipped at an extra cost. The shipping costs can only be calculated after the order has been placed as it depends on the region, weight and quantity required.
